Georgia Investors
Hello all! Does anybody have a Georgia purchase contract and/or a Georgia assignment contract that they would be willing to share? I'm a relatively new investor and just starting wholesaling. Thanks!

Thanks for the info! I will look into that. I hear other investors say they don't always use the same contract. I would like to have a few choices.
I am trying to build a relationship with a local investor friendly attorney that I can use for wholesaling and other closings. Trying to build my network, I guess is what people say. I figured having an attorney review a contract is a good way to begin a relationship.
