working with a realtor
I recently contacted a realtor to look at a house. In order to submit an offer on the property I was looking at, she wanted me to sign a contract stating I would buy and sell only through her.
Does anyone do this?

If I'm going to spend time helping someone find a home, you better believe I have them sign something similar. I value my time, and if a buyer won't sign, then I move on.
