I have read in various other forums andarticles that wholesaling is a great way to get started in RE investing for that it doesnt have as much risk as other areas. Also it allows you to build up capital for other investments. Can anyone reccommend a good wholesaling book? :help:

I thought you're looking for a REI course with meat, not just a $10 book with basic information freely available on the web. Amazon does not sell courses, only hard- and softcover books.
In this case, I do not know what book to suggest - none of the $10 books will give you enough information to get started.
