Hi my name is Lukas and I'm a 2 month old Real Estate Investor.

I just came across a gentleman who wants to sell 45 mobile homes here in Denver. He acquired them through tax liens. I was just wondering if anyone had experience with mobile homes. I can find info on mobile home parks but not on mobile homes. Any suggestion BP Community?
