I've been using my citys tax accessors website in researching properties I've found driving for dollars. I see alot properties thats changed hands with a zero sales amount. I firgure some are passed along to family members as I can see the connections. But some have been passed multiple times in short periods of time with so local investors that I've come familiar with their names. How is this possible? Creative financing?
