Wholesaling probate timeline

So I just got a probate lead from a seller who inherited the property. He said their attorney said the property could only be sold officially (deed goes to end buyer) after 60 days and maybe slightly before that. Is this the case? Or is the attorney just misguided and me and the seller can actually get the ball rolling ASAP like any other wholesaling scenario. PLEASE RESPOND should be getting back to seller soon.
