Hey all,

I'm just starting off on this wholesale business and am looking for some keys points on how to go about it. Also, i would like it if i can somehow get a mentor along the way. This is all new to me but am committed to learn.  I'm in the Portland, OR area.

Thanks

Alex :)

I'm also just beginning in investing as well so your not alone, I'm actually almost going to close on my first wholesale deal god willing, but before all that I was trying figure out Which strategy best suited me everything from multi's to house hacking, I figured wholesaling was the better option just because I love to analyze. I suggest visit your local REI Meetings and interact with local investors and agents (potential cash buyers) network as much as you can that'll make much easier when you have your first contract in hand. Be prepared to do work a good wholesaler must be honest, must be accurate, and hard working check out "The Ultimate Guide to Real Estate Investing" this book taught me a lot. Hope this helped and good luck with all your future endeavors.
