I have been spending time learning about real estate investing through the different vehicles which BP offers.  As part of my education I was hoping to spend some time with an experienced wholesaler in North Jersey learning how the process works.  Please contact if you are interested in providing some mentoring.

I would redo this post and add some sort of compensation, if a mentorship is your true desire. "Willing to disperse bandit signs, willing to offer a lead, willing to etc." you get the point. You will get much more success if you're able to make your company worth their time.

I personally feel wholesaling doesn't need much mentorship as there is plenty of knowledge here which is adequate enough to get someone going and off to a couple deals. The big step is putting your foot in but many people never take the step and will wait forever for someone to hold their hand. Many times that never happens and they don't amount to anything.
