How to find cash buyers?

Hi everyone, I'm trying to get a cash buyers list started, and I want to know what's to the best way to find them?

Go to your local REIA and talk to as many people as possible. Ask them what they are looking for and what their criteria are. Ask them if they would be interested in deals that meet their criteria. Then only send them actual deals. This is the hard part but will help you stand out compared to other wholesalers. The better you are at understanding what your clients need and then getting them that the more success you'r going to have.

You don't need a huge buyer list but rather good relationships with a couple of buyers you can keep on bringing good deals to.
