Can anyone explain Subject To's? Lease Options??
I'm a wholesaler in Detroit and I am on the verge of being homeless. I recently received a message saying that to help this situation I could live in house mortgage free via subject to leasing. Can anyone explain this to me? I never fully understood subject to's or lease options.
