Accurint, MerlinData or anything of that nature - tracking down the owner.

Were any of the investors able to get an account with either one company for the purpose of tracking down the owners of vacant properties?
I have got a bunch of vacants, county records are outdated and all the mail comes back. Free internet searches are not able to find new addresses either. Not easy to track them down.....
I need a reliable yet affordable solution to track down new adresses and phone #s for the owners.
Any suggestion is appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

PS findtheseller.com is way to expensive for my volumes (100+)
