located a property
Ok I have located another property, its vacant, can use some fixing up, I used a paid service to get the property info such as owner info loan etc. Problem is the mailing address is at the address itself. The property is vacant with garbage all around it im sure the owner is no longer living there. How do I find who now owns the property to get it under contract?
