Purchase and Sale Agreement in Spanish??

I'm meeting with motivated sellers on Friday. The sellers only know how to speak Spanish though. I'm a fluent Spanish speaker so I have no problem talking to them but my questions are, how do I present the Purchase and Sale Agreement to them? Do I make the contract in Spanish? Does a contract written in Spanish have the same power of legality as a contract written in English? Where do I find a contract in Spanish on such short notice?!
