Places to Find Motivated Sellers

Hello,

I am new to wholesale real estate.

I want to know where can I find motivated sellers in the NY/NJ area.

I been using craigslist, and found one motivated seller.

I have found some houses through zillow, and the owner informations.

i just do not have the owner number to get in contact with them..

Also, would you wholesale with a broker?
