WHAT DO REALTORS WANNA HEAR?
Alright guys, so I got a list of realtors to call.
I need yourrrrrr help on some knowledgeeee:) Maybe from the realtors? Anyone?:)
I want to get your input and advice on exactly what you ( or what you think a realtor ) would like to hear when you get a business proposal on distressed homes. What, if there are any, key words you would use when speaking to a realtor?
My plan basically is to work a deal out with a realtor if he/she comes across a deal that is a distressed property and the seller wants to capitalize quick with a cash offer. With a quick referral, I could take care of the deal and in return the realtor would receive a listing-back. When speaking to a realtor, what would you recommend I say or mention in order to capitalize on the proposal? Or is there a better offer to recommend to the realtor?
