1st Wholesaling Deal - HELP!

Hi Everyone!

I just received my first wholesale deal but co-wholesaling.

Everything happened pretty fast and I found a cash buyer within 24 hours.

The buyer has emailed me their offer for the asking price and also offered $10,000 down.

I contacted the other wholesaler and he told me to obtain the EMD.

Now let's fast forward. I have 0 experience with the whole process. The past 24 hours I've watched videos on YouTube and have done some Google research.

Can someone assist with the next steps?

I did email the wholesaler and asked to do a contract between us and asked to see the contract between him and the seller. He has yet to respond to that email, however responded to an email that I sent hours lasted asking if it is an assignment of contract.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
