Credibility

Hello BP,

My question is, as a beginner wholesaler how will others such as the seller and title company view my credibility. I'm more concerned with the title company or attorney, I do not think sellers care too much. I do not have a license so when I am presenting my documents( assign contract and purchase of sale) to receive my check will they, the title company/attorney, ask for verification of some sort? A license number?  What real estate company do I work for(sponsor)?

Also, on list source.com when registering it asks for the company. Which makes me feel like I have to work for some company.

Is this true?
