Can you complete a deal without visiting the property

First post on BP.

Scheduling and distance are preventing me from visiting the property (yes I know, bad mistake, and I jumped the gun, but the deal is too good to pass up). 

My question is, is it possible to go start to finish with a wholesale deal without ever visiting the property. Let's just say I know the condition of said property. Can it be done?
