FHA 90 Day Seasoning for End "C" Bujyer still in effect?
I understood that FHA used to have a requirement in place that stated that they will not loan for the purchase of a property that had been owned by the Seller for less than 90 days. During the housing crisis, this was waived, but the waiver expired 12/31/14. I was contacted today by a B Buyer who said their C Buyer's Lending broker told them they could finance an FHA loan to the End C Buyer, even if the B Buyer had just purchased it that same day. I don't believe it. Does anyone have any more information to corroborate this -- either as a yes or a no?
