Need help with comps
My partners and I are having a little trouble trying to come up with a fast way to pull comps and get back to the seller as fast as possible. Our main issue is really the adjustments. From what I've gathered I think the most important things to use to compare quickly are sqft of home, distance, rooms, bed, bath and then amenities like basement/garage/porch/deck things like that. Now mainly how do I determine how much to adjust my comp?
