CONTRACT FOR DEED HELP... Where does the "exact wrap" loan that the title service company services come from? Is it an actual new loan? What happens if the seller dies or decided they don't want to sell at the end of the term? Anyone in the Metro Atlanta area know of an attorney who is familiar with assigning a Contract for Deed?
