NJAR Contract

Hey guys,

When wholesaling a property, It's been recommended to use the standard NJ State Sales & Purchase agreement instead of a simple 1-2 page contract.  Is this the same thing as the NJAR Real Estate contract? I'm not a realtor, so is it "legal" for me to be using the "NJ Association of Realtors" form? The NJAR form is the only one I can find online, and I would need to amend some clauses, which is fine, but just thought i'd get some input first.
