How do I explain that I'm licensed and wholesaling???

Dear BP Family,

I want to wholesale homes, so I'm cold calling AOs in my area and asking if they're still actively investing, then trying to get their buying criteria.  The problem is, I'm a licensed salesperson and I have to disclose that to them.  Immediately, confusion sets in.  They don't know if I'm trying to list their house, buy their house, sell them a house, or what.  How can I make this process more clear for the prospects?  Any help would be appreciated!
