Signature Landmark Properties assignment fee

Has anyone ever worked with Signature Landmark Properties LLC, located in Houston TX 77079? They have a property for sale, and I want to buy, and their assignment fee is $20K? ouch. If you have worked with them, what have your paid?

If you have bought from other wholesalers, what is the typical assignment fee? thanks.

Replied

The properties in that zip code are typically pretty pricey so 20k may not unreasonable. Also Josh makes a great point, it shouldn't matter what the wholesaler makes if the numbers work for the investor.

Disclosure..I am a wholesaler so my point of view is biased but this is how I view the situation.
