Hello everyone,  newbie here in the wholesaling side of real estate investing.  Have a few years under my belt as a buy and hold landlord,  but as we all know the returns on that are more of a long tem goal. Any suggestions on best way in building a strong buyers list.  Thanks for your responses in advance.
