I am ready to get hands on for wholesaling , I have found a property that I want to put a contract on . I do know some basic of wholesaling but this will be my first deal. I'm very excited about it . I just need help on .....

1. Looking for a lawyer /title company . Any good ones you recommend ? 

2. I need Guidance on the contracts that I'm filling it out correctly. 

Not sure if I'm double closing on this or selling my contract to an investor. I just need some mentor with someone in my area.
