The Wholesaling Process...Need Help!

I am new to the business and I am learning as I go. I have had a few deals fall through because we have had lack of funding by the closing date. My partner and I are extremely frustrated with these recent events.

I have decided to turn my focus to strictly wholesaling right now, but I have many questions. I am confused with the process mainly.

Do I get the property first, then reach out to potential buyers?

How do I contract the properties out?

How do I close the deal?

Can this be done without funding on my end?

I know that all these questions have been answered a hundred times but I wanted to have the discussion on my post to centralize it for me. Please help and thank you all for your time.
