Title Reps finding cash buyers?

Hello all!

Recently I have seen some people saying that you can request a free list of all cash buyers who have purchased a certain number of properties in a certain zip, with price and a date range, say 3+ properties in a zip between say, $5,000 to $20,000, during the past several months from a title rep. Is this true? And how do I go about this? Should I just call the title company and they will be willing to do it ?
