Need Help...what you guys think

Lady sent me this email, I'm a new wholesaler what do you guys think I should do to help

"The house I live in I rent. I was in a 2 year lease from 2012-2014, signed a new one in May 2014. In October 2014 we had a sheriff sale notice on the door, landlord screwed us. Anyway....it never sold and real estate company has it now and is honoring our lease through 6/2014. I'm looking for someone to buy AND PROMISE to keep my family in the property. They offered to sell to us, but we are not in a position to buy. They will go month to month on our lease if I find a buyer, that way I can take up with new owner when switches hands."
