Wholesaler to Wholesaler Sale Question

Hello team, I am newer wholesaling and just getting started. I responded to a Craiglist ad to make all cash offer on the property. A wholesaler called me back and said this was a property he had tied up under contract.

My question is: How can we structure a deal if I can find cash buyers for the property.
