How do you determine where cash buyers are buying?

Hello everyone,

Is there a way to find out where cash buyers are buying?  I'm in the Houston area and I'm trying to figure out what zip codes to start my very first Direct Mail campaign in.  Any tips would be highly appreciated.

Hi @Benjamin Blackburn, I would say to just ask them. Go to some REIAs and network and ask people what they're looking for.
