Escrow/title companies in LA that don't need full disclosure

Hey guys,

I've called so many escrow companies, and all of them that I  encountered require a full disclosure to the seller and end buyer of the double close. I'm looking for one that doesn't need to disclose how much profit I am making. If anyone can recommend a company that would be great. Thank you all in advance.
