First wholesale deal

We are on track to make our first wholesale deal. The seller is a family friend, one degree removed, who is looking to sell within the next 24 - 48 hours. We have a list of potential buyers, and because this is our first transaction we want to be extra careful to ensure we take the correct steps through the entire process. The seller purchased the property at auction and we are working with him to find a buyer.
