Hello, I'm new to the investment side of things. I know theirs a lot of confusion about wholesaling. I also know theirs a right and wrong way to wholesale real estate. My question is whats the right way? What does the process look like? anyone doing this on the west side of the state? would love to meet for coffee and discuss.
