Representing yourself as the buyer

Is this ethical or even legal? Will it go under fraud in the inducement? And doesnt this go against the 'complete tranparancy' rule https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7AhXJ2UKUOo

Has anyone ever lost a deal by telling the seller they're a wholesaler?

Do people usually represent themselves as the buyer in a wholesale deal?

@Account Closed, it's certainly ethical, IF you have the capacity and intention to BE the Buyer whenever your non-mentioned "partners" fly the coop. As for (wholesaling) being legal, that will depend on the regulations your individual State. In Ohio for example, marketing of any Real Estate is illegal unless you own it (complete with Title, not just Contract), or are Licensed to do so.

What is NOT ethical, regardless of whether you tell the Seller you are a Wholesaler or not, is not telling the Seller when you have NO capacity or intention to be the Buyer if you can't find a Buyer by the closing date!
