I am new to wholesaling coming from the military. I've done tons of homework but still need someone to guide me through these new processes. I've already mailed out 1000 postcards and received some phone calls. I'm just a little shaky on what I should offer and how to talk to the seller. I've looked at comps and everything but just need that extra insurance, so to speak. Thank you all can't wait to hear from you.
