where can i get a simple one page purchase/sales agreement contract that is valid indiana? I also need to know where can i get the assignment contract? I downloaded two contracts; one from junkers101.com and the other from flipthiswholesaler.net I want to know if i can use these contracts in the state of indiana! Please help!!
