I was crazy nervous when my phone rang for the 1st time....well the 1st 20 times. I found it best to let it go to voicemail in the beginning so I could have an idea of what property the caller was calling about and could look up info on it before speaking with them. Actually I still do that a lot now. I know some people frown upon sending callers to vm, but it helped so much in the beginning and they actually left a vm. The key is to call them right back within a couple of minutes while they are still available and interested in talking to you. I also have a questionnaire sheet up on my laptop and some hard copies in my car just in case Im out when they call. If u get nervous, your interview list should keep you on track. The 1st 2 or 3 calls are the hardest on your nerves. Good luck!
