Hey guys I'm wholesaler at the moment untill I master finding and closing on deals. I came across this program called REIVault and i was very interested on the things they offer. I wanted to know has anybody try this program and if you have do you recommended and also can you tell me more about it. Thank you guys hopefully someone can help me.

today will be one week since i sent my first postcards to absentee owner.  Im getting some good call backs from interested motivated sellers and some well just telling me to kick rocks. Today i will attempt to call all of the people who are interested,  to see if it would become a good lead and hopefully a deal.

i finally sent my first postcards to absent owners. im hoping to get some leads very soon, I really don't have a game plan for when my phone start ringing but i just had to get myself going. so i will be reading a lot, to get all the information on the wholeselling process . i want to get it right. so if you from Philadelphia area maybe we can parthner up when i get some solid leads.

I just purchase my first seller list from listsource.com. now I just got to send the postcards out. can someone tell me some good effective messages I should put on the postcards, for better responds.
