Agent/Investor
Hi everybody. MikeS here. I'M a R/E agent in Seattle just getting started investing. In regards to wholesaling/subject2's etc how do you approach or get around your fiduciary duties as a realtor with your buyers...especially buyers who are not investors themselves?
