when creating a contract with a seller is it legal and what type of contract would you create if you don't want to hold the property if you can't find a buyer? Could you create an escape clause saying if you cant find a buyer after a certain time you don't own the house? Or do you use an option to buy contract so you don't legally own the house so it wont be yours to keep if you can't find a willing buyer?
