Help with probate!!
I have a property that went through probate and was granted to three people: Step Father has 50%, Ex wife daughter1 has 25%, and ex wife daughter 2 has 25%. The step father died and his biological daughter is still living in the home. The two ex wife daughters don't live in the property but they want to sell it.
Who is in control of the property now that the step father with 50% has died? Can the ex wife daughter 1 and 2 legally sell me the property? Or does the property have to go through probate again? Help!!
