Tax Default Wholesale list
BP community! Have any of you done marketing for tax delinquents? I am about to start marketing to the tax default list I have for my area and am curious if anyone of you have had any success with it and what type of properties are you hitting? I am thinking about testing SFR - absentee for now before trying out owner occupied and multifamily units.
