Selling leads to investors
So, yes, wholesaling is fast money when you compare it to many other forms of investing like 6 months it would take to earn it flipping. However, I don't want to even wait 4-5 weeks for money.
1. Is it legal in some or all states to sell leads to investors. Where would I go to find out if it is legal in my state?
2. I have bandit signs that I can put out to generate the leads. Some of the people would leave a message on my 800# voicemail, while others would hang up. How much would an investor pay for a lead with a message? How much would they pay for just the # of a person who called off of the ad but did not leave a message? Keep in mind I could email the leads as soon as I got them so they would be hot.
3. Would the investors not even want to buy the leads at all without knowing if they would work out? Would they pay a certain lead cost and another $ amount if it turned into a sale?
