Help!
My partner and I are both newbies to REI. We've got our corporation established, starting to get company credit and we now need to make MONEY! From the gazillion articles i've read, Wholesale is the way to go to get started. I've read the articles but i get stuck between the time I make my offer, dealing with the title company, then closing. In one of the articles i've read, they suggested finding an investor-friendly title company that is familiar with REI wholesaling, simultaneous closings, etc. Is there such a thing? I'm in Houston, Tx. Are there any savvy Texan investors out there that can point me to a good R/E attorney and an investory friendly title company? I have also read that I shouldn't sweat the details and just get out there! I sure wish I could! But my personality, at least for my first deal, needs to be super prepared before i get out there! Any help would be appreciated one and all! I need a jumpstart!!
