Any Raw Land Wholesellers Here?

Newbie here.

I own about 50 acres of raw land spread over several counties in Georgia.

About half are in neighborhoods and the other is in a rural setting. 

I've tried the traditional real estate agent route for over 1.5 years without any luck. 

I'm thinking about calling local builders and see if they do spec bulding. 

Is this a good idea or is there a better/faster way to sell for at least 50% of the value of the property?
