I'm in the process of the direct mail campaign to absentee owners in my area. Well I obtained my list from listsouce BUT would it be more wise to outsource the mailing to free up time to do other tasks like probate leads etc??? I'm spending a lot of time writing letters and i have a hunch there may be a better way

What business are you in - real estate or the direct mail business?  If you are in real estate, spending your time on direct mail may feel like progress, but it's really a diversion from what you should be doing.  Certainly, handwriting letters is not a good use of your time.  Plus it's like a strategy from 1985.  These days we produce highly customized direct mail pieces on $500,000+ Xerox Gen3 printers!

Outsource direct mail to a reputable vendor like @Jerry PuckettYellowLetters.com, or GoBigPrinting.com.
