I have a few investors that are searching for buy and hold properties on a college campus. I plan on getting my list off of listsource.com. Does anyone have any suggestions for my search criteria? This will be my first campaign and I'll be fielding all the calls myself. I plan on sending out 500 the first time around. Any direct mail tricks and tips are greatly appreciated!!
