Best Cities to start 'Out of State' Wholesaling
Good Day all.
I've searched the BP forums looking for a thread for the best Cities to currently Wholesale in. I'm in Denver and the market is TIGHT! Thinking about doing some out-of-state Wholesaling through Pre-Foreclosure, Evictions, Pre-Probate, Possibly Tax and Bankruptcy, ETC...
Does anyone have a link to city stats that would classify them as a good State to Wholesale in?
Thanks in advance!!!
