Wholesale Purchase Sale Agreement Marylad

Hello BP,

I need a little help concerning assignments in Maryland. Any Maryland veteran wholesalers that can chime in would be greatly appreciated.

I know that any contract can be assigned unless it explicitly says it can't. Therefore its legal to wholesale properties. How do you guys word it in the contract? Do you include "and/or assigns" or a separate addendum?

From the advice i'v been given I have put "and/or assigns", explicitly stated it as one of the clauses, and have an area next to the clause where sellers could sign.

Is that enough? How have you structured it in your contract?

Thanks
